Our work

Wind energy and wind engineering software

Since 1998, Duncan has also been working as a consultant to the Risų National Laboratory, in Denmark. He's been involved in developing two major pieces of software: WAsP (Versions 6 to 9), WAsP Engineering (Versions 1 and 2) and the new program WAsP Climate Analyst. I also serve as a project consultant on the IPSYS project.

Online meteorological database

Over the last couple of years, we've been using Visual Studio.NET to develop an online meteorological database service for Risų.

Ecological modelling software

We have produced several different bits of software. Information about some of the software can be accessed from the following list.

About the Software Development

All of the software is written for 32-bit MS Windows, using MS Visual Basic and Borland Delphi. Extensive use is made of ActiveX/COM technology in the software. We've developed the latest application (Rodeo) in .NET.
