Landlord is a simulation framework for spatial modelling.
Version 1.2 was released in 1998, and Version 2.0 struggled towards completion thereafter, without ever actually getting to release quality (It was used for some research papers, though). Further development of the code is now being undertaken by some colleagues in Napoli. We're expecting that a new piece of software called 5-D will gradually emerge.
There is not very much written information available. You can read a brief introduction, which describes version 1.0.
